When TICAH reached out to us for assistance in revamping their plant database, we dove right in. Through collaborative sessions with stakeholders, we pinpointed a few key areas that needed improvement. The aesthetics needed a refresh, navigation was clunky, and visitors were left in the dark about how to use the site. The search functionality was also lacking in intuitiveness.
